Responsibilities
- Conduct research on intellectual property rights and related laws.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of patent applications.
- Support trademark registration processes and manage trademark portfolios.
- Evaluate and analyze potential infringement cases.
- Draft and review licensing agreements and contracts.
- Provide strategic advice on IP management and protection strategies.
- Stay updated with changes in IP legislation and policies in India.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights or a related field.
- Strong understanding of patent and trademark laws in India.
- Experience with IP litigation and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in conducting IP searches and assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of international IP laws and treaties is a plus.
