The Integrity Operations Manager for Automation will be part of the Automation Legal and Integrity team and will report directly to the Head of Integrity for Automation. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Integrity in coordinating and implementing the Business Area Integrity Program, ensuring its consistency and effectiveness across the Automation organization.

The role will work closely with colleagues in the Legal and Integrity team to develop, coordinate, and implement the key elements of the integrity program throughout the global operations of Automation. It will also play a key role in fostering a strong culture of integrity through effective, locally tailored implementation of the program, while supporting the management and monitoring of integrity risks, trends, and insights using advanced data analytics and industry best practices.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the development, coordination and implementation of the Automation Integrity Program, coordinating with the Legal & Integrity team and other stakeholders within the BA to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the business.

  • Support in the design, oversight, and implementation of strategic BA level communications and training plans to effectively drive an ethical culture and engagement across all stakeholder groups within the Divisions and the BA.

  • Collaborate with the L&I team to develop localized change initiatives taking into consideration local cultures and norms to ensure effective understanding and implementation.

  • Work with various corporate functions, including the investigations and monitoring team and BA teams to review, analyze and create reports and presentations on investigations, integrity program and integrity KPI data for the Business Area.

  • Provide guidance, support and expertise to L&I and other stakeholders on implementation of policies and procedures including the ABB Code of Conduct, third party risk management, conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality, donations and sponsorship.

  • Support L&I colleagues and other stakeholders to monitor operational integrity matters, such as transaction and entity risks and due diligence reports, and collaborate on holistic risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

  • Lead and manage global projects related to compliance initiatives to ensure their effective implementation across all divisions and coordinate with other members of the L&I team.

  • Identify and implement integrity best practice within Automation

Qualifications for the Role

  • Education: preferably a degree in law / accounting / audit such as LLB / CPA / CIA or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in compliance operations and program management in a multinational corporation, reputed law firms or consulting firms.

  • Knowledge and experience of eDiscovery processes / data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience in integrity program design, implementation and process improvement.

  • Excellent communication, change management and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to internal stakeholders.

  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

  • Self-starting, independent and motivated individual with a strong sense of integrity to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic and multicultural work environment and ability to multi-task with efficiency.
