Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead Integration & Separation activities following mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the complexities of post-merger transitions, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, and successful separation when required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute post-merger integration and separation projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a smooth transition of business functions.
  • Manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration and separation activities.
  • Ensure all activities are completed efficiently and align with business objectives.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Integration & Separation roles.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to manage post-merger activities.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to 25 LPA.
