Integration Operations Lead, Fleet Performance Systems

Integration Operations Lead to Bangalore (India), Singapore or Paris (France)

ABOUT THE POSITION

Danelec, now part of GTT's Digital division, seeks an experienced Integration Operations Lead to establish and manage vessel integration operations across our cloud-based fleet performance platforms. Our combined entity (GTT, Danelec, Ascenz Marorka, and Vessel Performance Solutions) supports over 17,000 vessels worldwide with solutions for performance optimization, safety, and decarbonization.

This senior individual contributor role requires a hands-on technical leader who can build and optimize our integration function. You will manage all aspects of vessel integrations and related technical support, with the opportunity to shape and grow the function as operations scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Integration Operations

  • Direct end-to-end vessel integration lifecycle for approximately 200 new vessels annually
  • Maintain and optimize existing vessel connections as customer requirements change
  • Configure APIs, sensor mappings, and high-frequency data pipelines
  • Ensure stable, high-quality data transmission from vessel to shore

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

  • Manage integration-related support ticket queue
  • Diagnose and categorize technical issues (data quality, ingestion, product, or integration)
  • Resolve integration and data pipeline issues directly
  • Coordinate with Product and R&D teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Maintain customer communication and ticket SLA compliance

Process Development & Optimization

  • Design scalable workflows for different vessel types and customer requirements
  • Build documentation and knowledge management systems
  • Monitor integration and support metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
  • Provide technical leadership with potential for future team development

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary technical contact for vessel activations and modifications
  • Support business development with technical expertise during sales cycles
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide expert consultation on integration requirements and best practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience

  • 8-10+ years in technical operations, implementation, or integration roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume technical operations
  • Proven expertise with cloud platforms, APIs, and IoT data pipelines
  • Background in maritime operations or vessel performance monitoring systems preferred
  • Track record of building and optimizing operational processes

Technical Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across data, integration, and system issues
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
  • Customer-facing skills with ability to manage expectations and communicate complex issues clearly
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and SLA management
  • Familiarity with maritime platforms (GTT, Ascenz Marorka, VPS, Danelec) advantageous
