Job Description
Skills: MuleSoft, RAML, ESB
The project requires a skilled 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer with expertise in MuleSoft application support. The role primarily involves working with the MuleSoft Any point Platform, responding to and satisfactorily resolving incidents within agreed SLAs and proactively improving operational support processes and requires excellent English level (B2). The position requires being on-call for P1 incidents
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to troubleshoot and fix MuleSoft API/Integration application issues arising.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations applications
- Participate in customer war rooms to triage, investigate, identify possible resolutions and implement appropriate workarounds and/or fixes
- Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing of any defect fixes
- Review technical specifications and update relevant documentation
- Coordinate with central and federated DevOps teams
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with MuleSoft API & Integration application development and operations, in additional to administration, operation and management on the Anypoint Platform (Runtime Fabric/Kuberenetes).
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
- Previous experience in a similar 3rd line support role
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently
- A3+ seniority level preferred
