Project Role : Integration Engineer

Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Drives technical HL and LL design and development for major components of focused solutions
  • Offers best practice advice and recommendations around overall systems architecture
  • Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of integration/migration
  • Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects
  • Experience in EAI/ Config/Workflows mandatory Knowledge on Open UI and Products is added advantage

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
