Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will engage in discussions about transformation and the customer journey, while also focusing on functional and application designs to ensure that technology and business solutions align with business requirements. Your role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from clients.
• Develop and document integration strategies that align with client objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with API management and data exchange protocols.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
