Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)

Good to have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), JavaScript

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client needs thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application design to ensure that the solutions align well with business objectives. The role demands active participation in shaping technology strategies that support client goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose innovative approaches to resolve them.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions that align with business needs.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization within ServiceNow platforms.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
