Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Must have skills : Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL

Good to have skills : Spring Boot

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.
• Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate integration solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience with XML transformations and data mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
