Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day is often spent facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks. Ensuring that the technology solutions align with business needs is a key focus, along with collaborating across various teams to deliver effective integration outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices for enterprise applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with API management and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
