Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with client requirements, interpreting their needs to design and implement technology and business strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs to ensure alignment with business objectives. You act as a bridge between business goals and technological capabilities, facilitating seamless integration and driving impactful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and consensus on integration requirements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow between applications.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies to support integration efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges effectively.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
