Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with client requirements, translating their needs into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. You ensure that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s objectives, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation across various projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
• Experience with API design and management for seamless system connectivity.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
