Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, your day involves delivering expert consultation on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. You ensure that the solutions implemented accurately reflect the requirements and goals of the business, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience with API development and management to enable seamless system connectivity.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow platforms.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
