Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with business requirements is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their skills and performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices related to Snowflake implementations.
• Experience in designing and optimizing data integration workflows and pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within cloud-based data environments.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages to support data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Understanding of security and compliance considerations in data warehouse environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
