Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions that meet both technological and business objectives, fostering a seamless integration experience for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Experience with GenAI/ Agentic AI systems.
• Strong understanding of API design and development.
• Experience with integration tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
