Designation: Learning Designer (Tech)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead – Data & AI Learning Solutions to

support the manger in leading our Data & AI content development team. The ideal candidate

will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI

(GPT models), and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead individual projects, supporting the manager ensuring effective bandwidth

utilization, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.

● Oversee the development of synchronous (LVC) and asynchronous (OSL, e-

learning, video modules) content for Data Science and AI programs.

● Provide technical guidance on Python programming, Machine Learning (ML),

Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI tools

(GPTs), and more.

● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic partners,

clients, and SMEs, to define project scope, learning objectives, and content strategy.

● Review and validate course structures, storyboards, assessments, and technical

content for accuracy, relevance, and instructional soundness.

● Track and manage the assigned project, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines,

budgets, and quality standards.

● Maintain awareness of latest trends, tools, and advancements in Data Science, AI,

and instructional design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3+ years of overall experience in Data Science, AI, or related fields.

● Hands-on expertise in Python programming, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-

learn, PyTorch), Deep Learning models, and NLP tools.

● Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT models, LLMs) and

● their practical applications.

● Experience in developing both synchronous and asynchronous learning content

for technical audiences.

● Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple

teams and partners.

● Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

(preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

● Certifications in Data Science, AI, ML, or related fields.

● Prior experience working with edtech platforms or academic partnerships.

● Exposure to AI-powered learning tools and adaptive learning systems.
