Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support integration components within the organization's middleware platform.
Build complex REST and SOAP APIs with IICS CAI, Service connectors, and integration tasks.
Ensure solutions are stable, efficient, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
Enforce integration and development standards to ensure consistency, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Ensure API security, version control best practices, and compliance with internal frameworks.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve technical capabilities, and reduce cost.
Upgrade and enhance skills in alignment with updates in HYG's middleware platform and integration technologies.
Collaborate with managers to prioritize work tasks and communicate progress effectively.
Provide mentoring and support to junior team members when assigned.
Respond promptly during incident or crisis situations to resolve issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Suggest innovative and forward-looking ideas to enhance integration processes and technologies.
