A key objective of the Client Integration & Migration team is to design and deliver fitforpurpose integration solutions for multijurisdictional clients, considering countryspecific requirements, and strengthening TMF's Global HRP offering. This includes supporting both prospective clients and existing clients undergoing HR system migrations.

This role requires an HR & Payroll professional with experience in systems integration to support the HRP Global Practice and Global Solutions teams. The focus is on providing a broad range of integration options aligned with the evolving global HCM technology landscape while ensuring high levels of client engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Delivery & Support

  • Deliver TMF's Integration Service offering to new and existing clients, advising on bestfit solutions aligned with countryspecific requirements.
  • Support rollout of integration features, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Develop and support integration solutions for clients using external HCM platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Conduct solution optimisation reviews, document improvements, and collaborate with IT Services on the integration roadmap.
  • Ensure integrations remain updated with Workday or countryspecific changes.
  • Prepare and maintain mapping documents for transforming client data for TMF local offices.

Technical Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the technical SME for global TMF integration solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering and blueprinting activities for complex technology transformation projects.
  • Support resolution of integration risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain complete and current documentation, solution standards, and internal knowledgesharing materials.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Client Onboarding Teams, local TMF offices, and internal stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Support presales activities, including presenting technical integration solutions to prospective clients.
  • Participate in internal forums to promote best practices and improve HRP global offerings.

Project Management

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project plans and documentation.
  • Provide project updates for forecasting and escalate delays or resource issues when necessary.
  • Monitor assigned projects to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and support development of junior team members.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support resource allocation and undertake billable work when required.
  • Attend relevant internal and external meetings.
  • Build strong professional relationships within the team and with clients.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of web services, APIs (SOAP, REST), and data communication between HRIS platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word; intermediate knowledge of MS PMO, Power BI, and CRM.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Workday Integration Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, or SAP CPI.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (SVN, GIT).

Professional Competencies

  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners in a global matrix environment.
  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering and solution blueprinting.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for clientfacing interactions.
  • Consultative and methodical working approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR & Payroll sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on HCM/ERP integrations (mandatory).
  • Experience working with both functional and technical stakeholders in a clientfacing environment.
  • Knowledge of standard payroll processes is an advantage.
