Manage interface standards, including ACORD and JV-Ins-Reinsurance protocols, as well as JSON data exchange formats using SOAP and REST web service protocols.
Define and implement clear acceptance criteria and handoff processes to support timely, high-quality deliverables by development teams.
Maintain and improve documentation and processes to meet Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration requirements across hybrid and cloud environments, leveraging microservices architecture.
Oversee the integration of financial data flows and standards between policy, claims systems, and the SAP ERP system.
Support application teams during scheduled maintenance and release deployments, including afterhours assistance when required.
Collaborate with application developers and architects to translate business requirements into integration designs and ensure adherence to implementation of the best practices.
Qualifications:
Proficient with data mapping artificats, integration requirements, and acceptance testing.
Experience with SAP, ESQL, DFDL, XML, XSLT mapping; and exposure to SOAP and REST standards.
Proficient working across large, complex integration flows spanning multiple systems.
Understand how different systems communicate via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to define requirements for system integrations.
Familiarity with SAP, Guidewire, and Java platforms within the insurance industry.
Hands-on experience with API design and protocolsspecifically REST, SOAP.
Extensive experience with QA/UAT testing protocols to ensure final products meet business needs.
Proficient in creating process maps, integration diagrams, and clear mappings for end-to-end flows.
