Job Description

Lead and execute complex integration platform migration projects, including middleware and MFT (Managed File Transfer) components.
Work hands-on with integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft, and ESB technologies.
Manage end-to-end migration activities including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies.
Review and ensure quality of work from the migration team.
Support program leadership in managing workflows and project deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration strategies.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Adapt and learn new technologies as required.

What's on Offer

Required Experience and Skills:

8 to 12+ years of experience in integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Proven experience in integration platform migrations (preferably SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft).
Hands-on experience with MFT and ESB technologies.
Strong understanding of API platforms and middleware architectures.
Experience in managing or contributing significantly to long-term, multi-phase migration projects.
Good to have cloud experience (any cloud platform is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.
Leadership qualities with a desire to progress into a technical architect or management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in large-scale platform migration programs.
Familiarity with workflow automation and integration testing.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
