Job Description

    • Lead and execute complex integration platform migration projects, including middleware and MFT (Managed File Transfer) components.
    • Work hands-on with integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft, and ESB technologies.
    • Manage end-to-end migration activities including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies.
    • Review and ensure quality of work from the migration team.
    • Support program leadership in managing workflows and project deliverables.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration strategies.
    • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
    • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
    • Adapt and learn new technologies as required.

What's on Offer

Required Experience and Skills:

    • 8 to 12+ years of experience in integration platforms and middleware technologies.
    • Proven experience in integration platform migrations (preferably SAP PI/PO, Tibco, MuleSoft).
    • Hands-on experience with MFT and ESB technologies.
    • Strong understanding of API platforms and middleware architectures.
    • Experience in managing or contributing significantly to long-term, multi-phase migration projects.
    • Good to have cloud experience (any cloud platform is a plus).
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse environment.
    • Leadership qualities with a desire to progress into a technical architect or management role.





Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in large-scale platform migration programs.
    • Familiarity with workflow automation and integration testing.
    • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
