Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Integrated Management Systems Manager, based in Jaipur. The role involves the development, implementation, and continual improvement of management systems in areas such as quality, environmental, health, and safety compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring and auditing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards (such as ISO), leading internal and external audits, and training team members to adhere to best practices. Additionally, the manager will analyze system performance data, manage corrective actions, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
• Proficiency in conducting internal and external audits, as well as ensuring compliance with BRCGS, Sedex standards
• Skills in leadership, communication, and team management to effectively guide and manage cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and improve system processes
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and quality standards in manufacturing environments, especially within the packaging industry, is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certification as a Lead Auditor or in relevant BRCGS standards is an advantage
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site role and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
