What would you do Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent SOX Control Testing involves evaluating and verifying the effectiveness of internal controls as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This includes testing financial reporting processes, identifying weaknesses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The goal is to ensure accurate financial reporting and prevent fraud. Effective SOX control testing helps maintain transparency and trust in financial statements. It is essential for regulatory compliance and financial integrity. A SOX compliance audit is intended to verify the financial statements of the company, and the processes involved in creating them. During the audit, the financial statements and management of internal controls are analyzed and assessed by an external auditor. The audit report must be made available to relevant parties.
What are we looking for SOX controls testing for Business areas of PTP, RTR, OTC, Tax, Payroll, Assets and Liabilities. Understanding of COSO matrix and testing of SOX controls Overview of Finance Business Processes and SOX controls.
