Role Summary
The Insurity PC Configurator is responsible for hands on configuration enhancement and support of Insurity PC products primarily Insurity Bridge The role involves working closely with business analysts technical teams and client stakeholders to configure insurance products across Policy Billing Claims and Rating while supporting AMS and project delivery activities
Experience Level
Typically 5-8 years of experience in PC Insurance with hands on Insurity Bridge configuration experience
Key Responsibilities
Insurity Configuration Development
Configure Insurity Bridge PAS components including UI screens workflows triggers rating algorithms referrals forms and documents
Perform enhancements and defect fixes across multiple Lines of Business in both Commercial and Personal Lines
Support new feature development change requests and product upgrades as part of project and AMS engagements
Execute package deployments across environments IAT UAT PROD
Testing Production Support
Perform unit testing and support system and UAT testing activities
Analyze and resolve production incidents and defects providing workarounds and permanent fixes
Participate in on call support daily balancing defect analysis and maintenance activities as part of AMS
Required Skills Experience
Domain Product Knowledge
Strong Property Casualty Insurance domain knowledge US PC preferred
Hands on experience in Insurity Bridge configuration mandatory
Understanding of insurance core functions Policy Billing Claims Rating Coverage
Exposure to Ocean Marine Property Inland Marine Workers Compensation Cyber
Technical Tool Skills
Experience with Ghost Draft Studio Workbench Bridge tools and related PAS utilities
Working knowledge of C NET ASPNET MVC Entity Framework MS SQL Server HTMLCSS
Familiarity with JIRA Rally ServiceNow and Agile delivery practices
Soft Skills Competencies
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross functional teams
Strong problem solving and defect analysis capability
Ability to work effectively in AMS and project delivery models
Willingness to support production support and on call rotations
