Role Description

The Insurance Zonal Manager will oversee and manage operations in the Tamilnadu zone while driving growth in sales and customer acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. Daily responsibilities include leading and motivating a sales team, developing strategic plans to achieve targets, managing partner relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring performance metrics to meet business objectives. The role also requires actively exploring market opportunities to expand MicroNsure's footprint while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Finance and Insurance concepts and products
• Proven experience in Team Management and leadership skills
• Exceptional skills in Customer Service and relationship management
• Proficiency in Sales, including meeting targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the microinsurance or financial services sector is a plus
