Job Summary

The Insurance Telecaller is responsible for contacting existing customers whose vehicle insurance is due for renewal, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and coordinating with the insurance team to ensure timely policy renewal and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Insurance Renewal Calling
  • Call existing dealership customers for vehicle insurance renewal before policy expiry.
  • Inform customers about renewal offers and policy benefits.
  1. Lead Generation
  • Generate insurance leads through outbound calls.
  • Maintain follow-up records for interested customers.
  1. Customer Data Management
  • Update customer insurance details in CRM / DMS system.
  • Maintain accurate call records and renewal status.
  1. Follow-up & Conversion
  • Follow up with customers for pending insurance renewals.
  • Coordinate with insurance executive to close deals.
  1. Customer Support
  • Answer customer queries regarding insurance coverage, claims, and renewal process.
  • Provide policy comparisons if required.
  1. Daily Reporting
  • Submit daily calling report to Insurance Manager.
  • Maintain renewal due list and call status report.
  1. Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly renewal and lead generation targets.
  • Support dealership insurance revenue goals.
Required Skills
  • Good communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & basic English preferred)
  • Tele-calling / customer handling ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM / DMS)
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer objections
Qualification
  • Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate
  • Experience: 02 years in telecalling / insurance / customer service
  • Experience in automobile dealership insurance will be preferred.
