Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, selling insurance products, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing insurance policies, assisting customers with policy-related inquiries, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and personalized client solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Experience in Insurance and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage processes
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
