We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Insurance Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Meet potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Promote and sell various insurance products such as life, health, and general insurance
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client records
Requirements:- 3–5 years of proven experience in insurance sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline B.COM, MBA, M.COM
- Experience in handling direct client sales
