Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Additionally, the role will involve achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Insurance and Finance with the ability to analyze and tailor policies to customer needs
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and handle inquiries effectively
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate a sales team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
