This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Insurance Sales Manager will oversee and manage insurance sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to business development strategies. Responsibilities include managing a team, identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, training and mentoring sales teams, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales and the Insurance industry
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Financial acumen and understanding of financial services or related concepts
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including mentoring and leading sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is an advantage
