We're looking for a Insurance Consultant who's passionate about building relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers, helping them safeguard their assets through tailored Property, Fire, and Asset Insurance solutions.

Role Description

• Identify and engage medical establishments for property and asset insurance.
• Understand client risks, recommend coverage, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams for customized solutions.
• Educate clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Property / Fire Insurance sales experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance products and client servicing.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
