Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end insurance operations including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and updates.
  • Track and monitor claims throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements across all operational processes.
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing policy or claim actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support smooth workflow execution.
  • Assist in process optimization by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all insurance-related operational tasks.

Experience Required:

  • 23 years of relevant experience in insurance operations.
