Experience
  • Minimum Experience:5 to 10 years in Hospital Insurance/Corporate Billing/TPA/Claims Management.
  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role handling an insurance claims team.
  • Mandatory: Candidate should have worked in a multispeciality hospital with a capacity of at least 250 beds.
  • Experience in dealing with Cashless Insurance, Government Health Schemes , Corporate Tie-ups, and TPAs is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume pre-authorizations, claim submissions, claim settlements, denials, and reconciliation.
Technical & Functional Competencies
  • Thorough knowledge of:
  • Health Insurance policies and claim processes.
  • TPA and insurance company portals.
  • Medical terminology, coding, and billing practices.
  • NABH documentation and statutory compliance related to insurance claims.
