Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Insurance Manager. The Insurance Manager will oversee team operations, manage sales activities, and drive business growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include team management and mentoring, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellence in customer service, and adhering to organizational financial standards and compliance.

- Proficiency in Finance and Insurance principles and practices
- Strong Team Management and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated competence in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Proven experience in Sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the health insurance industry or related sectors is advantageous
