Qualifications

  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support in the context of insurance services
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with insurance processes or prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
