Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Customer Support Executive at AL Fahad Global Enterprises, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, providing support through online and phone communication in Hindi and English, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role also requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service with a focus on addressing customer needs effectively
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients
• Experience with Online Support and Technical Support in the context of insurance services
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with insurance processes or prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
