Role Description

The F5 Network Support Engineer - L3 will manage and support F5 networks, addressing complex technical issues and ensuring optimal performance and security. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting critical concerns, managing F5 infrastructure, configuring F5-based solutions, and assisting in security architecture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an opportunity to work in a highly specialized IT environment.

• Customer specific Standard Operations Procedures (SOP)
• Deployment of new solutions/ features
• Maintenance Window Assistance
• F5 support case assistance Support Case Assistance
• Collaboration with F5 Support
• Weekly review of open support cases, status updates and recommended next steps.
• RCA Reports and Post Incident Reviews
• Recommendations for mitigative and corrective actions to avoid issues from recurring
• Quarterly CVE Reviews

Experience

5+ years of relevant Experience is mandatory

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering, ensuring efficiency and scalability of F5 Networks systems
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex issues
• Strong experience in Network Security to address vulnerabilities and implement secure protocols
• Strong Knowledge of F5 technologies, including configuration and maintenance skills, is highly desirable
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, with commitment to providing exceptional support
• Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified Administrator, CCNA/CCNP) are advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
