Hiring for a Regional Retail Insurance Coordinator (RRIC)

OLA Electric is looking for a proactive Regional Retail Insurance Coordinator (RRIC) to own and drive all insurance-related activities across our service network. In this role, you will be the single point of contact between our workshops, insurance partners, surveyors, and internal field teams to ensure smooth, timely, and customer-centric claim closures.

You will coordinate end-to-end insurance claim processing, from documentation and surveyor liaison to repair approval and case closure. This includes managing escalated customer cases, supporting Service Managers with insurance protocols, and ensuring complete, accurate documentation such as job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices. You will continuously monitor TAT, highlight bottlenecks, and drive actions that reduce lead times and improve customer satisfaction.

The RRIC will also conduct periodic trainings on updated insurance processes, documentation standards, and common claim rejection reasons, while maintaining detailed regional MIS of all open and closed cases. You will provide special support for fire and flood cases, assist with extended warranty-related claims, and coordinate required parts arrangements with stakeholders to ensure repairs are completed within agreed timelines.
