Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant based in Kolkata, with flexibility to occasionally work from home. The Insurance Consultant will engage with potential and existing clients to guide them through insurance products, conduct financial needs analysis, and recommend suitable solutions. Responsibilities include providing personalized consulting services, assisting clients with policy applications, addressing queries, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and staying updated on the latest financial and insurance products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance and Finance, with a thorough understanding of financial planning and insurance products
• Experience in Consulting and the ability to offer tailored financial solutions to meet client needs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a seamless and positive client experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and understanding of market trends is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
