Role Description

This part-time hybrid Insurance Consultant role is based in Kolkata, with the flexibility of remote work on certain days. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on insurance solutions to clients, ensuring their financial protection and long-term goals are met. Consultants will analyze client needs, explain policy details, assist in the selection of appropriate plans, and maintain robust customer relationships. The role also involves liaising with team members and staying up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance principles to assist clients in making informed financial decisions.
  • Expertise in Consulting and advisory skills to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and provide clear guidance to clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
