Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for an Insurance Agent at Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing expert guidance on insurance offerings, and supporting customers with personalized service. Core tasks include engaging with clients, assessing their specific insurance needs, and recommending suitable products to meet their requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage to effectively offer and manage insurance solutions for customers.
- Strong understanding of Finance to provide accurate policy recommendations and manage financial aspects of insurance plans.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and support customers throughout their insurance journey.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must for successful client engagement.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
