Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at LIC. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for acquiring new clients, advising them on suitable insurance products, and marketing LIC's policies. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and assisting clients with policy renewals and claims. Additional responsibilities include tracking market trends, staying informed about company products, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and manage lasting client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with an ability to achieve sales objectives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales and client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
