The role also involves handling insurance brokerage tasks, navigating the Medicare system, conducting follow-ups, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and compliance. You will provide guidance to individuals and families seeking life and health insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance
- Understanding of the Medicare system
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insurance options clearly
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in life and health insurance or a related field
- License to sell insurance (if required in the region)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is advantageous
