Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent, based in Kolkata. The Insurance Agent will engage with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs, offer suitable life insurance products, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes obtaining new policies, maintaining a portfolio of clients, and ensuring proper follow-ups to foster long-term customer relationships. Additionally, the Insurance Agent will collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and stay informed about market trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and familiarity with Insurance products
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and expertise in navigating the insurance sector
- Understanding of Financial concepts and strategies related to insurance
- Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
