Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Bhubaneswar, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering tailored insurance plans, and assisting clients in understanding their options. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, recommending insurance solutions, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting clients through policy purchase and management. The candidate will also be expected to maintain knowledge of industry trends and Bajaj Life's diverse product offerings to serve clients effectively.
Qualifications
- He /She must be a proffesinal person.
- He/She age should be more than 40plus age above.No fresher person allowed for this job.
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address inquiries, and provide excellent support.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
