Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Bengaluru. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling life insurance products, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The role involves aiding clients in understanding different policy options and selecting the best solutions to meet their personal and financial goals. As the face of Bajaj Life, the Insurance Agent will uphold the company's commitment to delivering superior financial protection and customer-first service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage to effectively sell and recommend suitable policies
  • Knowledge of Finance principles to provide informed advice on financial planning and insurance products
  • Strong Customer Service skills to foster long-term client relationships and address their queries or concerns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, with a results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets
