Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agency Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The role involves Hiring ,Recruiting building and managing a network of insurance agents, mentoring and training them to achieve sales targets, and driving overall business growth. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with agents, monitoring their performance, and implementing strategies to expand the agency network. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
