Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for an Insurance Advisor at PBPartners. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized insurance consultations, addressing customer inquiries, and offering tailored solutions based on clients financial and personal needs. Duties will include advising on insurance products, building client relationships, and assisting with documentation and claims processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
- Expertise in Consulting and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Proficiency in understanding and explaining complex insurance products
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
