Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Advisor, based in Delhi, India. As an Insurance Advisor, the primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing personalized insurance and financial advice, and recommending appropriate products. The role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through policy selection and claims processes, and staying informed about insurance plans, policies, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
