Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering tailored life insurance solutions, providing expert financial guidance, and assisting customers with selecting appropriate insurance policies. Additional tasks include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, educating individuals on insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Insurance and Financial concepts and products
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service, with a focus on individualized client engagement
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships and presenting information effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in online tools for remote work and client management
• Previous experience in sales or financial advising is a plus
• Educational qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
