This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant (Holiday Expert of Thailand) based in Lucknow. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel experiences to Thailand. Key responsibilities include creating customized holiday packages, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop tailored travel solutions that meet clients preferences and expectations.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and understanding of Thailand-specific destinations and experiences
• Proven experience in creating customized Travel Arrangements and managing logistics effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality travel solutions
• Experience in handling bookings, Reservations, and ensuring accurate travel documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of travel management tools and systems is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
