We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician with hands-on experience in chemical, petrochemical, or polymer industries. The ideal candidate will have an ITI certification in Instrumentation and a strong technical background with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. This role is critical to ensuring the proper installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment to support smooth industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation systems and devices.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support instrumentation needs and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and instrumentation performance.
- Assist in commissioning and start-up activities of new equipment or systems.
